Labor to manufacture or cut/package.

Freight /Delivery Cost.

Optimus handling the labor and delivery for the Materials and Actual Home construction.

In terms of Transportation, Elon's Transportation can expedite transporting you and supplies worldwide! The amount of money saved is massive!
The price for an Optimus is $25-30K each. A company that ordinarily pays for a Carpenter or special trade person pays $60k to $200K each year. Whereas, with Optimus, a company only pays for Optimus one time! Think of all the savings. Think of how life changing this will be! If Optimus is already doing farm work in different countries, think how it will roll out or has already begun here in America!
