Today, December 29, 2025, the gap (earlier today) was $14 USD! That is a huge gap in price! This arbitrage would allow serious investors to make a huge profit. Yet the difference is NY is showing Paper Silver and Shanghai is showing physical silver price.
AND, China Export laws for Silver has just changed.
New law in China just released. To EXPORT Silver, only large government approved firms can get licenses. Oh no....since NY vaults are almost empty, what does that mean for industrial supplies. Elon Musk commented about this!
You have to be a large government-approved firm to get a license to export silver from China as of January 1, 2026. Oh wait a minute, didn't President Trump work out a tariff / trade deal with China? When President Trump talks about a DEAL, he means a DEAL! AND, isn't President Trump and all SWF a part of the Government? Do you see where this is all going?
October 30, 2025 President Trump and President Xi met in South Korea. They discussed rare earth minerals (did not specify the details to reporters). And we know how President Trump works!
