Justice for the Children! If the DOJ opts not to take further steps, the other options are ICE and the ICC. The abused and tortured children need their justice and we know one day, they will get it. The system is heartbreaking for the children. It is hard for the People. The People have worked tirelessly solely for this moment to happen and while the emails and documents are admissible in court, the next step is taking action.
There is a reason for the delay. Is it to see the outrage from both sides? More Hive Mind acts?

The Children were brutually tortured! The Military that rescued the children and uncovered the tunnels, may not ever recover from the things they saw along the way! If the release of the files is just that, then what was the point of our fight? Didn't we come to fight for the justice for the children and their safety going forward?
Congress will hold a public testimony for the Clintons, but here is the difference between Congress and President Trump. Congress tells the world exactly what they will do, how they will do it, what their unicorn crystal ball says and then they give days and dates...doesn't that give the enemies enough time to plan and plot?
In the DOJ's case, Bondi milked this along for months and her reputation was sabatoged. Then when the files were released, the bad guys still out there had plenty of time to make their moves.
While President Trump just does things! He gets things done and then he tells the world.
President Trump will do what he will and and how he will do it on his own time. Just let him roll! He left his billionaire life to save the Children and save the World. Let him carry on with his work and the Justice for the Children will become public one day!
