Q told us Iran was next (after North Korea). The difference is rather than eliminating a once dictator, President Trump made peace with Kim Jong Un and both South and North Korea made peace. The people of Iran feared an irrational and hostile leader, Khamenei, would cause a nuclear war at any time...and they lived in Iran! They lived like this for 46 years until Operation Midnight Hammer happened, that destroyed all nuclear sites in Iran!

On a smaller scale that only last 38 minutes...Hawaii feared the nuclear missile inbound from North Korea, and that fear can only be described by those that lived those moments. Chernobyl was the only thought that came to mind on that horrific morning on Jan 13, 2018. Within 2 months of that missile launch, President Trump made peace with North Korea (Q888), yet it wasn't public until June 30, 2019!
